GENERAL MANAGER
BASINGSTOKE Ј45-60,000 BASIC + EXCELLENT COMMISSION * BONUS STRUCTURE + BENEFITS

Reporting to the Commercial Director you will plan, direct and control a key business unit in order to achieve market share, turnover and profit targets. You will be accountable for total P&L account management, strategic input on the direction of the business unit as well as analysis of trends to forecast future developments. You will have direct input into the marketing, sales and pricing policy for this area of the business. With the ability to change business processes to meet market needs you will effectively use staff to maximise potential.
Ideally with a background in the IT industry, you will be a proven manager with extensive negotiation and strategic skills and a track record of using your commercial skills to achieve results. Your drive and energy will help drive the business forward and in return you will be given the autonomy and real opportunity to make an impact on the business.
